Dental Veneers

Porcelain Veneers are thin shells of ceramic that bond directly to the front surfaces of the teeth to change the color or shape. Veneers have become increasingly popular due to their simplicity and versatility.  Placing custom veneers requires a high degree of technical skill as well as attention to cosmetic detail.  Dr. Kent places veneers routinely and designs each case individually to match and enhance the characteristics of each patient's teeth.

Veneers are ultra-thin and virtually undetectable. Veneers have a longer life expectancy and color stability than bonding, and highly resist permanent staining from coffee, tea, or even cigarette smoking.  They are the ideal choice for chipped, discolored, oddly shaped, unevenly spaced or crooked teeth.  Porcelain veneers can mask undesirable defects, such as teeth stained by tetracycline, by an injury, or as a result of a root-canal procedure, and are ideal for masking discolored fillings in front teeth.
